WHERE IT STARTED
Chelsea’s introduction to events began early, growing up in Muskoka, Ontario. She spent time assisting with her parents’ catering work while also experimenting with fashion and presentation at home. Those early experiences shaped how she thinks about flow, atmosphere, and how people move through shared spaces.
This foundation established an intuitive understanding of hospitality and coordination long before formal training entered the picture.

In 2014, she joined one of Edmonton’s leading event firms as Senior Event Manager, where she led planning and on-site execution for a wide range of events.

Event types she managed included:
-
Large-scale corporate functions
-
Design-led weddings
-
Private celebrations with complex logistics
-
Multi-vendor productions requiring tight timelines
Her role required constant coordination between clients, vendors, venues, and production teams, with accountability for both creative outcomes and operational precision.
